We can facilitate your discussions and strategic planning exercises. You might be thinking about making changes to your governance structure and need someone who has worked with a wide variety of organizations and seen how their decisions worked out over time.   There are lots of ideas that look great on paper, but sound governance planning requires experience with boards and organizations on more than just a theoretical level.   With A Great Meeting, you can learn from our collective experience with others by having us facilitate your sessions.  

Once you have made some basic decisions, we can help steer you through the maze of enacting decisions that will need to be made to your constitution, bylaws, or policies.   We can assist in writing those documents or amendments, making sure that the words accurately reflect your decisions and that the association's requirements for amending are met.   We can take you from the beginning of the process to the end - the final vote at the business meeting where your decisions become reality.   We'll be there at every step to help you have an integrated and seamless process to make sure that all of your future meetings are great meetings!
