Shipping Method:
Shipments are usually sent via UPS within 24-48 hours after the order is received.

Rush orders received before 1:00pm Eastern Time will be shipped the same day via UPS Next Day Service.   Rush orders received after 1:00pm Eastern Time will be shipped the following business day via UPS Next Day service.   A rush order fee of $25 will be added to the regular shipping and handling charges.   

Return Policy:  
Materials may be returned for a full refund of the merchandise value for up to thirty (30) days after shipment date, provided that they are returned in good condition. There are no returns on CD-ROM products, and shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns:  
Call for return authorization before returning. Ship returns to: A Great Meeting Returns Department, P.O. Box 10145, Silver Spring, MD 20914.   We strongly recommend that you send returns via a traceable method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

How Does A Great Meeting Protect Customer Information?
