Downloads

The files on this page can be downloaded at no charge and are categorized as articles (information), tools (things you can use) and templates (things you can modify for your needs). Articles and tools are in pdf format and can be shared with friends or colleagues, but they must be printed in their entirety with their origination information. For example, you may download the director and delegate checklist and provide it to your board as they prepare for a meeting – or use it in board orientation. The word searches and crossword puzzles are also good ice-breakers; you may even want to offer prizes for those who find all of the answers. (Don’t forget to download the solution!) Templates include election ballots and report forms, and are provided for your use – download and change them to fit your needs.

The initial list is sorted by document name, but you can sort the entire list by clicking on the column heading and choosing whether to sort in ascending or descending order. Or, type a word into the search box to see all of the downloads with that word in the title. Once you locate the document you want, just click on the icon on the left side of the table. From there you can download, print, or save the document.
